Do you offer guarantees on the lists that you rent?
Yes, we are dedicated to providing accurate lists. Our Business-To-Business and Business-To-Consumer postal lists have a 95% deliverability guarantee. In addition, our Resident/Occupant List has a 98% deliverability guarantee. This policy applies to the mailing addresses only. Since telephone numbers, fax numbers and contact names have the ability to change on a regular basis, we cannot offer guarantees on these elements.
We offer a 100% deliverability guarantee on all e-mail lists. We often over-deliver by 10-20% to compensate for bounce backs. If we should under-deliver for any reason, we will credit/refund the difference between the records that were ordered and the records that were actually delivered.

What budget do we need to rent a list from MediaSpade?
We offer $250.00 minimums, plus format and applicable shipping for postal list rentals and $750.00 minimums for permission based e-mail campaigns. These prices are for general campaigns. Highly targeted campaigns have higher minimums. Please inquire for list rental rates based on your specific needs.
We have a program to suit almost any budget and will work with you to make sure that you are optimizing your marketing budget.

What are your billing terms?
First time advertisers pay 100% upfront for purchase. Second time and more established clients, pending approved credit, pay 50% upfront and the rest net 30 on in-house lists only. All established accounts pay net 30 on in-house lists and are required to pre-pay 100% on all brokered list properties and creative services.
